Ingredients for making Dragon fruit Parfait Recipe
1 red dragon fruit
1/2 ripe banana
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen mango pieces
⅓ cup Raspberries
Chia seeds

Method
In a blender first blend 1/2 banana,  dragon fruit,  blue berries with 1/2 cup almond milk. Keep this mix aside. 
Now in the same blender blend mango and 1/2 cup almond milk. 
Take a milkshake glass and fill it half with the dragon fruit mixture. Now add on top of this the mango mixture and again the dragon fruit mixture. 
Finally top the parfait with Raspberries, Fresh banana slices and Chia seeds. 
Your delicious dragon fruit parfait is ready.

Pink Dragon Fruit Soda is refreshing homemade beverage which is made with the juice of a pink dragon fruit, lime juice and sugar syrup topped off with soda water. 

Ingredients For making Pink Dragon Fruit Soda
1 Pink Dragon Fruit
1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp Simple syrup (recipe below)
200 ml Soda water

Method 
Cut the dragon fruit into halves and scoop out the central flesh of the fruit into a blender. 
Blend it to form a smooth paste. Strain pink dragon fruit puree through a fine mesh strainer. 
To this strained puree add the lime juice and sugar syrup and mix everything well again in a blender. 
Now pour this mix into a tall glass and fill it up with soda water and stir it well.

For Pancakes
1/4 cup Kodiak Power Cakes Mix
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup egg whites
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
30 drops Coconut Sweet Leaf Stevia Drops
For Topping
1/2 packet Pitaya Plus Smoothie Pack
10 drops Vanilla Sweet Leaf Stevia
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2-4 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 kiwi (sliced)
4-5 Raspberries 

Method 
In a medium sized bowl mix all the pancake ingredients well. 
In a pan heat some oil and cook the pancakes one by one until golden brown.
Now its time for the delicious topping.
In a bowl mix Pitaya Plus with pineapple juice and stevia drops. 
Now add pineapple juice depending on how thin you want the topping to be. 
Finally add sliced kiwi, shredded coconut, and nuts if desired.

Dragon Fruit Pudding is full of sophisticated flavors and zero preservatives. Combine dragon fruit with rambutan, another exotic find, for a simple blend requiring just a few ingredients.

Ingredients of making Dragon Fruit Pudding Recipe
1/2 cup water
1 sachet gelatin (unflavored)
1 dragon fruit
5 finely diced rambutans
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 can lite coconut milk

Method
Add water in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on it. Leave aside to allow the gelatin to bloom for at least 5 minutes. The gelatin will absorb the liquid and look like swollen translucent crystals.
Now add the sugar and coconut milk to a saucepan and simmer it on a medium-low flame.
Cut the dragon fruit into halves and scoop the dragon fruit pulp into a bowl. Smash the pulp with a fork.
Add the dragon fruit and rambutan fruit pulps to the coconut milk in the saucepan. 
Stir in the gelatin and mix for about 1 minute. 
Pour this mix and evenly divide it into serving bowls or molds and refrigerate for 4 hours or until the pudding is soft but firm to touch. Serve chilled directly in serving bowls.
