Here is a very simple and quick Chinese recipe to make chicken sausage Hakka noodles
Ingredients :
Chopped cabbage
Chopped chicken sausages
Garlic, cabbage and capsicum being fried in a wok
Chicken Sausage Hakka Noodles is ready to be served
Ingredients :
- 2 packets Hakka noodles
- 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- 2 cups of sliced cabbage
- 1 sliced capsicum
- 7 to 8 chicken sausages
- 1 maggie chicken cube
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil
- Boil the noodles with salt in a vessel, when almost cooked remove and drain the water and let the noodles cool down and add a tbsp of oil
- Heat oil in a large wok on medium flame and add chopped garlic to it and fry it till golden brown
- later add cabbage and capsicum and let it cook for 3 minutes
- Now add soy sauce and chilli sauce to the noodles also add chicken cube and crush it to powder and mix well
- sprinkle salt as per taste and mix well
- too end the preparation add chopped chicken sausages and mix the noodles well
