Chicken Sausage Hakka Noodles

Here is a very simple and quick Chinese recipe to make chicken sausage Hakka noodles



 Chopped cabbage


 Chopped chicken sausages


Garlic, cabbage and  capsicum being fried in a wok


 Chicken Sausage Hakka Noodles is ready to be served



Ingredients :
  • 2 packets Hakka noodles
  • 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions finely sliced
  • 2 cups of sliced cabbage
  • 1 sliced capsicum
  • 7 to 8 chicken sausages
  • 1 maggie chicken cube
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
Method :
  1. Boil the noodles with salt in a vessel, when almost cooked remove and drain the water and let the noodles cool down and add a tbsp of oil
  2. Heat oil in a large wok on medium flame and add chopped garlic to it and fry it till golden brown
  3. later add cabbage and capsicum and let it cook for 3 minutes
  4. Now add soy sauce and chilli sauce to the noodles also add chicken cube and crush it to powder and mix well
  5. sprinkle salt as per taste and mix well
  6. too end the preparation add chopped chicken sausages and mix the noodles well
