Ingredients :
1 kg maida
2 eggs
1 tsp yeast
salt as per taste
sugar as per taste
2 tbsp butter
water
Method :
- take maida in a big bowl
- add eggs to the maida and mix it well
- add water to the maida to make it smooth and keep kneading the dough till its smooth
- now heat oil in a deep bottom pan
- make small balls of the mix and fry it in the oil till golden brown and remove and keep it a side.
