Homemade Chicken Clear Soup


Ingredients :

100 grams Bone less chicken
4 Spring onions with stalk
4 cloves of Garlic
2 to 3 Parsley (with stalks)
Ground Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
Salt as per taste

Method :
  • In a pressure cooker boil the boneless chicken with 2 Cloves of garlic and 2 spring onions
  • strain the chicken  stock from the cooker and keep it a side
  • shred the boiled boneless chicken
  • Chop the remaining spring onion (chop the stalk seperately) and garlic cloves
  • add butter in a pan
  • add the chopped onion bulbs to the pan and fry until golden brown
  • later add garlic and the spring onion stalk
  • stir fry for 3 minutes
  • add chicken and stir fry for a minute
  • pour the chicken stock in the pan
  • add 2 cups of water to the pan and simmer it for 158 minutes
  • later add sprinkle ground pepper
  • One can add boiled noodles to the soup to make it a noodle soup
