Easy Palak Paneer



Ingredients :

2 large bunches of Palak
200 grams Paneer
3 Green chillies
8-10 cloves Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
3 tablespoons Oil

1 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 tablespoons Fresh cream
Salt as per taste



Method :

  •     Wash palak under running water.
  •     Blanch palak in boiling salt water for 2 minutes
  •     Refresh in cold water
  •     Cut green chillies
  •     Now grind the palak and green chillies in a grinder to make a fine paste
  •     Chop the paneer into small cubes and fry them until they turn golden
  •     Heat oil in a pan
  •     Add cumin seeds
  •     Add chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds
  •     Add the ground palak paste
  •     Add salt as per taste and bring to boil
  •     Now add the fried paneer and mix well
  •     Stir in some lemon juice and add fresh cream and serve
