Ingredients :
2 large bunches of Palak
200 grams Paneer
3 Green chillies
8-10 cloves Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
3 tablespoons Oil
4 tablespoons Fresh cream
Salt as per taste
Method :
- Wash palak under running water.
- Blanch palak in boiling salt water for 2 minutes
- Refresh in cold water
- Cut green chillies
- Now grind the palak and green chillies in a grinder to make a fine paste
- Chop the paneer into small cubes and fry them until they turn golden
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add cumin seeds
- Add chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds
- Add the ground palak paste
- Add salt as per taste and bring to boil
- Now add the fried paneer and mix well
- Stir in some lemon juice and add fresh cream and serve
