Easy Breakfast Idea : Egg Omelette

Egg Omelette


A yummy and quick breakfast recipe for those lazy mornings

Ingredients :
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 Capsicum chopped lengthwise
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cheese Cube shredded
  • A pinch of chilli powder




Method :
  • Heat a non-stick frypan and Fry the Onion and capsicum until the Onion turns a golden
  • Transfer to a plate and keep a side
  • Now whisk 2 eggs with a fork in a small bowl add salt and pepper as per taste
  • Heat the frypan to medium heat, melt 1 teaspoon of butter in the frypan until it starts to foam and pour in the whisked eggs.
  • Let the eggs base cook for a few minutes
  • Now add the fried onion and capsicum to the egg in the frypan and sprinkle a pinch of chilli powder or chilli flakes and let it cook
  • Once the top of the omelette is just about set, Just add the shredded cheese to it and cook till the cheese melts
  • Serve immediately when its hot.
