Soup is the easiest way to warm up your body on a cold day. Any vegetable can be turned into soup with a little time and effort. So all you need to make soup is some vegetables in your kitchen.
So lets go straight to how to make vegetable soup.
Ingredients :
- 1 Cup any vegetables chopped
- 1/4 cup spring onion
- 3 Cups Vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper for taste
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan.
- saute the spring onions in olive oil
- Now add the chopped vegetbles and let them cook
- season the vegetables with salt and pepper
- Add the vegetable broth and bring to simmer
- Cover the pot and let it simmer for another 20 mins
- Garnish your vegetale soup with freshly chopped coriander
