extra virgin olive oil is used as a perfect condiment to drizzle over
fish, salad dressings, bread, cookies, steamed or baked vegetables, etc.
Always remember that olive oil is known to have a lower smoke point as
compared to other oils. Extra virgin olive oil also has a lower smoke
point than normal olive oil. So always make sure you use extra virgin
olive oil for cooking on medium/low heat.
