Chamomile Tea is famous for centuries due to its soothing and relaxing properties, commonly used to aid problems like insomnia and nervousness. Chamomile tea is quite easy to be made at home, You just need to follow a few simple steps.

Pour some boiling water into a tea pot and then to this water add some mashed apple slices.

Now add some pre-washed chamomile flowers to the tea pot.

Cover the tea pot with the lid and let the flowers steep in the boiling water for a few minutes.

Using a strainer strain the chamomile tea and to it add some lemon juice or honey for added flavor.

Consuming a cup of homemade fragrant chamomile tea can help you to relax after a tiring day.
